Our mission is to work for the well-being of pets, their families, and our staff family; to provide the same compassion and quality of care for your family and pets as we would our own.
The PCAC Difference
It’s receiving a picture of your pet when you’re worried about how his surgery is going. We use text messaging and pictures to communicate with clients, as well as phone calls, to keep clients updated when their beloved pets are in our hospital. You want to know how they are doing, and we want to keep you up to date – by every means possible! Calls, texts, picture texts – whatever we can do to add to peace of mind. It’s knowing our high standards have been validated by an outside source. Our AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association) accreditation means we are voluntarily audited on over 900 standards that we must meet or exceed. From our record keeping to hospital cleanliness, to pain management and anesthesia protocols, the entire hospital is included in the audit. It’s the personal connection. You and your beloved pet will be greeted by name and treated as an individual with individual needs. We understand that you are the most valuable part of your pet’s health care. It’s the resources. The technology available at PCAC is unmatched at any full-service hospital in Parker, allowing us to provide the premium care your pet deserves. These advances allow your pet to receive less painful surgical options, unique pain therapies, and advanced diagnostics. It’s about keeping your pet healthy. Our doctors take the time needed to thoroughly examine each pet and partner with you in their care. Excellent preventative medicine is essential for healthy, happy pets.
Family and Faith
These are our first priority. We want our staff to know that their family always comes first and we design their schedules to meet this. For you this means that we will always do what we can to help your family take the best care of your pets possible.
Our staff makes the commitment to being here when they are scheduled and working hard the entire time. They take initiative and responsibility for everything and everyone not just their job or their person. They have a positive attitude and work well with all their team mates.
ALWAYS do the right thing even if no one is watching.
Our staff know that service, whether to our clients or to each other, is what sets us apart. We treat our staff and clients like family (sometimes even better).
Whether in the hospital or in the community, our staff makes it a point to teach, learn, and lead by standing up for what is right and offering new ideas.
We all rely on each other to take care of your pets and you rely on us to ensure your pets are in caring capable hands.
Truly, we have the best jobs in the world so it is not difficult to enjoy being here. But even when some days are tougher than others we maintain a positive attitude and look for reasons to make our place of work fun and satisfying.
Our community makes us strong and we want to give back to our community any way we can. Whether it be through informational seminars, charity drives, or community events we strive to make a positive impact.
