Care Coins are our way of saying thank you for taking great care of your pet! They accrue on almost every purchase and can be redeemed for free services or dollars off your invoice. Limitations do apply*.

Care Coins need to be redeemed through the app or the online pet portal portal at or before your visit. Coins redeemed after an invoice is concluded cannot be accepted.

Free 1st Exam for Adopted Pets

Do you have a new family member that you adopted from an animal rescue or a local shelter?

As a way of saying, thank you for saving an animal’s life, Parker Center Animal Clinic offers a free initial wellness exam within 30 days of your pet’s adoption date. Just bring in your adoption paperwork at the time of your appointment.

Terms and Condition

This free exam offer is available exclusively to pets that have been adopted or rescued from recognized animal shelters, rescues, or adoption agencies. Proof of adoption or rescue is required to qualify for the free exam.

To redeem this offer, pet owners must provide valid documentation proving the pet was adopted or rescued. Acceptable documents include an adoption certificate, rescue paperwork, or other official records.

  • A pre-payment for the exam is required at the time of scheduling the appointment. The discount will be applied to the first visit after the pre-payment has been processed.
  • The discount will not be applied to the pre-payment and will be deducted only at the first visit.

  • The $82.50 deposit will only be refunded if the pet is not brought in for the scheduled exam. If the exam is conducted, the deposit will be applied directly to any treatment or services rendered.
  • Deposit Forfeiture: The deposit will be forfeited in the event of a no-show or if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance, subject to availability. This offer is limited to one free exam per pet.

The free exam must be used within 30 days of the pet’s adoption or rescue date. Any exams scheduled after 30 days will no longer be eligible for the free exam offer.

The offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.

If you need to reschedule or cancel the appointment, please notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

The free exam covers the basic health assessment and consultation only. Additional services, treatments, vaccinations, medications, or diagnostics are not included in this offer and will be billed separately.

By redeeming this offer, the pet owner agrees to release the clinic from any liability related to the exam and subsequent treatments.

Referral Program Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Referral Program, both the Referrer (the person who refers) and the Referred (the person who is referred) are eligible to receive a $25 credit toward their next visit. This credit will be applied to their respective accounts for future use, subject to the following terms and conditions.

  • To participate in the Referral Program, the Referrer and Referred must both have active accounts.
  • The Referred individual must be a new customer, meaning they have not made a previous purchase or used services.

  • The Referrer will receive a $25 credit for each successful referral when the Referred person completes their first qualifying purchase or service.
  • The Referred person will also receive a $25 credit when they make their first qualifying purchase or service.

  • The $25 credits for both the Referrer and the Referred will be applied to their respective accounts after the Referred customer completes their first qualifying transaction.
  • The credit will be applied to the account of the Referred for the next visit only. It cannot be used for the current visit or transaction.
  • Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • A deposit of $82.50 is required for new clients (referred) at the time of scheduling an appointment, regardless of participation in the Referral Program.
  • The $82.50 deposit will be credited toward the total cost of the service at the time of the appointment.

  • A qualifying purchase or service is any transaction with a minimum value as set by the business at the time of referral.
  • Additional conditions for qualifying purchases or services may apply, which will be clearly stated at the time of the referral.

  • There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make, but credits will only be applied once per successful referral.
  • Referrals must be made through the official referral process, and any fraudulent or misleading referral attempts will result in disqualification from the program.

  • The business reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes to the Referral Program will be communicated to participants through appropriate channels.

Personal information provided as part of the referral program will be handled in accordance with the business’s privacy policy.

Any disputes related to the Referral Program will be handled by the business’s customer service department. Decisions regarding program participation and credits are final.

  • The Referral Program is void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations.
