Dr. Alley Claire Flood

For her third birthday, Dr. Alley Claire Flood was given a tiny Himalayan kitten, and she’s been cat crazy ever since. The love for veterinary medicine came later when that kitten got older and got sick, and Dr. Flood started to learn about the veterinary field more while caring for her. Dr. Flood obviously has a special interest in feline medicine, but loves her canine patients too! She also has a special interest in behavior.

Dr. Flood grew up in Louisiana, but has always had a special love for Colorado- vacationing with her family in Creede almost every summer growing up. When she graduated veterinary school, she knew that it was time to move out west. When not at PCAC, Dr. Flood can be found spending time with her two cats Milo and Maisie, exploring the city with friends, or out hiking with her dog Bentley.
