As a way of saying, thank you for saving an animal’s life, Parker Center Animal Clinic offers a free initial wellness exam within 30 days of your pet’s adoption date. Just bring in your adoption paperwork at the time of your appointment.

Terms and Conditions
This free exam offer is available exclusively to pets that have been adopted or rescued from recognized animal shelters, rescues, or adoption agencies. Proof of adoption or rescue is required to qualify for the free exam.
To redeem this offer, pet owners must provide valid documentation proving the pet was adopted or rescued. Acceptable documents include an adoption certificate, rescue paperwork, or other official records.
A pre-payment for the exam is required at the time of scheduling the appointment. The discount will be applied to the first visit after the pre-payment has been processed.
The discount will not be applied to the pre-payment and will be deducted only at the first visit.
The $82.50 deposit will only be refunded if the pet is not brought in for the scheduled exam. If the exam is conducted, the deposit will be applied directly to any treatment or services rendered.
Deposit Forfeiture: The deposit will be forfeited in the event of a no-show or if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance, subject to availability. This offer is limited to one free exam per pet.
The free exam must be used within 30 days of the pet’s adoption or rescue date. Any exams scheduled after 30 days will no longer be eligible for the free exam offer.
The offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.
If you need to reschedule or cancel the appointment, please notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
The free exam covers the basic health assessment and consultation only. Additional services, treatments, vaccinations, medications, or diagnostics are not included in this offer and will be billed separately.
By redeeming this offer, the pet owner agrees to release the clinic from any liability related to the exam and subsequent treatments.
The clinic reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time, without notice.
