Referral Program Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Referral Program, both the Referrer (the person who refers) and the Referred (the person who is referred) are eligible to receive a $25 credit toward their next visit. This credit will be applied to their respective accounts for future use, subject to the following terms and conditions.
To participate in the Referral Program, the Referrer and Referred must both have active accounts.
The Referred individual must be a new customer, meaning they have not made a previous purchase or used services.
The Referrer will receive a $25 credit for each successful referral when the Referred person completes their first qualifying purchase or service.
The Referred person will also receive a $25credit when they make their first qualifying purchase or service.
The $25 credits for both the Referrer and the Referred will be applied to their respective accounts after the Referred customer completes their first qualifying transaction.
The credit will be applied to the account of the Referred for the next visit only. It cannot be used for the current visit or transaction.
Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
A deposit of $82.50 is required for new clients (referred) at the time of scheduling an appointment, regardless of participation in the Referral Program.
The $82.50 deposit will be credited toward the total cost of the service at the time of the appointment.
A qualifying purchase or service is any transaction with a minimum value as set by the business at the time of referral.
Additional conditions for qualifying purchases or services may apply, which will be clearly stated at the time of the referral.
There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make, but credits will only be applied once per successful referral.
Referrals must be made through the official referral process, and any fraudulent or misleading referral attempts will result in disqualification from the program.
The business reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
Any changes to the Referral Program will be communicated to participants through appropriate channels.
Personal information provided as part of the referral program will be handled in accordance with the business’s privacy policy.
Any disputes related to the Referral Program will be handled by the business’s customer service department. Decisions regarding program participation and credits are final.
The Referral Program is void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations.
